Shri Chaitanya Academys – Noida Integrated Facility
This project involved the execution of a multi-functional education and office facility in Noida under a highly compressed delivery timeline. The facility combined academic, administrative, and operational spaces within a single building, requiring precise coordination and phased execution.

The Noida facility was conceived as a high-density, mixed-use education and operations centre supporting both academic delivery and administrative functions.
The project demanded seamless integration of multiple space types within a single vertical structure,
delivered under strict operational timelines.
Facility Program & Layout
The G+5 building was configured as follows:
4 floors — Office & administrative functions
2 floors — Academic classrooms
Dedicated cafeteria
Recreation and breakout areas
7 online studio rooms
125-seat telecaller operations floor
Conference and meeting rooms
Each function required distinct spatial, services, and acoustic considerations.
Scope & Complexity
The scope included:
Civil and interior execution
MEP planning and coordination
Furniture and workstation setup
Classroom partitions and layouts
Studio and telecalling infrastructure
Services integration across floors
Execution was carried out within an active urban commercial environment.
