The Collective Infra was formed to address a fundamental gap in the construction and infrastructure ecosystem — the disconnect between design intent and execution reality.

Founders Sarah Taylor and James Thompson open doors, bringing a combined 25 years of design expertise. United by a passion for creating spaces that improve people's lives, Sarah and James aimed to make a mark through resilient and inspiring architectural projects.

Growing to 10 Strong
We expand our team to include five architects plus support staff as project requests increase.

FOUNDATION & FIRST PROJECTS
The practice was established with a focus on architecture and on-ground execution, building strong fundamentals in planning, documentation, and site coordination.

SHIFT TO DESIGN–BUILD DELIVERY
Project complexity increased, driving closer integration between design, civil execution, MEP, and interiors, marking the transition to a design–build approach.

The Future is Green
Now a team of 50 strong, over 80% of projects achieve sustainability goals, with five new zero-energy commercial builds.
